Use: Apartments Live (w/ Work Units)
Location: Mill Creek, Washington
Structural Services: The Reserve is an upscale apartment project with 95 units in (5) three story buildings. Two of the buildings are split level townhomes with the popular Live/Work spaces on the downhill side facing the street. The project is located in Mill Creek Towncenter and demonstrates innovative deck designs to accommodate community review requirements. Some of the buildings included garage under living space to provide additional parking.
