Use: High End Custom Residence
Location: Hunts Point, WA
Structural Services: This project included a 13,000 SF main residence with an attached guest residence. We used a combination of timber framing, structural steel, and concrete to design the structure. Shoring design was also provided to accomplish deep cuts near the property lines.
