Use: Casino Bar
Location: Coarsegold, California
Structural Services: We provided structural design services for 152,000 SF of exterior wall framing and the interior element features. The work was planned in phases to minimize disruption of the gaming operations. During design process we worked closely with the architect and the Tribe’s Development Board, providing design options, receiving design feedback, and making adjustments until final approval. Our innovative use of cold-formed steel framing was key to the success of this project.
