Structural Services: Whale Point was designed with every luxury in mind. Open rooms in every unit pair with large windows to create panoramic views of the rugged Oregon coast. The classic coastal look with wood peeler poles brings an elegant charm to this facility. Through cost-effective design, we were able to provide a timber-based structural system that utilized steel framing materials only where necessary.
