Project: Lake Washington Residence
Use: High End Custom Residence
Location: Medina, Washington
Structural Services: Access to this site was only possible via a tram design. We used a combination of timber framing, structural steel, and concrete to design the main residence. There is also a garage building at the top of the tram.
